Public forms may collect your workflow description, industry, company size, urgency, name, email, company, role, diagnostic result, and related technical request metadata.

Shenux uses submitted information to generate an AI-assisted diagnostic, review fit for founder follow-up, and improve internal understanding of common workflow pain points.

Diagnostics are based only on information provided. They are not a guarantee of results, cost savings, compliance outcome, regulatory approval, or implementation feasibility.

Founder/admin review is required before any external follow-up, proposal, or implementation recommendation is treated as final.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal data through public forms. Use high-level workflow descriptions instead.

Shenux may log hashed request metadata such as IP or email hashes, route, timestamp, user agent, and success status to protect public forms from spam and excessive use. Raw IP addresses are not intended to be stored in these request event logs.
